What does Rushing for Delta Sigma Pi mean? Rushing shows that you have an interest in the fraternity. For Delta Sigma Pi, in terms of professionalism, rushing is an interview process for Beta Kappa brothers to see if prospectives qualify for our pledge process to become a brother of Delta Sigma Pi. Our Rush program hosts events for prospectives to come out to, to let them have a feel for some of our chapter's core values of Professionalism, Community Service, and Brotherhood. Hopefully these events will offer the opportunity for us to get to know you as well as give you a chance to see the values that make up Delta Sigma Pi.

What does Rush lead up to?

Once rush is over, we decide on individuals who are qualified for our pledge process. Our pledge process is more like an internship with Delta Sigma Pi. In the professional world, companies and corporations give out internship to prospective students, and evaluate the student to see if they have what it takes or share the same values as the company/corporation. If the student succeeds, then he/she is offered a full-time employment after the internship. Our pledge process is like the example given above.

Academic Achievement
